Remarks: Book was very late arriving. Did not know there was a problem the seller was having with their books until 9/30/08. Also, seller has no means of cancelling an order. You have to wait until you receive the book, then return it in the order received for a refund. Thus, you spend a heck of a lot of time processing one order.
