Remarks: Came ss promised, but, if was in stock would have thought would ship more promptly (took 2 wks), condition was pristine. Biggest concern is S&H; were actually more than book cost, too high. Since ordered and received more than 1 from same place would have thought would have gotten a break. Get real excited about the great prices of Amazon, then order, get sticker shock from the S&H.
