Remarks: I ordered this item with expedited shipping. I received no info from dnoprobooks that there was a problem with the order. I emailed them yesterday with no response. I now see when I pull my order on Amazon they did not ship the product. This is how they let me know? Just a note saying sorry on my account page? I don't even know what the problem was. Horrible service from them. I'm disapointed.
