Remarks: I wish I could rate a zero. That is what this person deserves. I did not receive my book. Three e-mails were ignored. Finally Amazon refunded my money. Don't have anything to do with this seller!!!!!

Remarks: My item has not arrived by the postal date. I contacted seller twice (once prior to delivery date to confirm that order had been shipped, and once after delivery date to warn that I intended to file a claim with Amazon to recover my money) and have not received any response. If I had not had such wonderful experienes with other sellers this experience would determ me from using private sellers.
