Remarks: Book was in excellent shape (new). They did send the book within the tail end of the 'window' that they stated; but being in AK meant a delay beyond promised delivery date. US Postal service book rate to AK probably led to late arrival, so I can't really blame them. They did not reply to email inquiry, however.
