Remarks: Seller response to compaint (a paperback delivered when a hardcover edition was ordered) was courteous enough, there was no cooperation or effective assistance. The issue remains unresolved despite clear evidence that the seller had made a mistake.

Remarks: The seller sent me another title in hardback instead of paperback which I ordered. When I complained, I received an e-mail promising the right book, but after a week or more I've heard nothing.
