Remarks: I rec'd an empty shipping envelope, seller did not wish to work with me to resolve the issue until I filed a customer service claim with Amazon. He then had a complete turnaround and tried to refund me the price of the book minus the shipping. I did not receive the book, his attitude was not customer service oriented. He was more interested in his 5 star rating. I would not order from him again.
