Remarks: I ordered a DVD and got sent a CD in error. I contacted the seller and was told to send the CD back at my expense. I emailed back that that was not reasonable. I then got an email back saying that the owner had died and everything was in probate. I give them the benefit of the doubt that I was not dealing with the owner as the customer service here left something to be desired.
