Remarks: BrynMedical did not respond to my emails after the anticipated delivery period had passed. I had to report them to amazon to get a refund. Owful experience!

Remarks: The book never came. They never answered their phone and did not call back after messages left. Horrible to deal with. Do not buy from this seller!

Remarks: I ordered a product on 12/5/08 and still have not received it as of 1/6/09. I emailed the company twice. I have started the refund process with Amazon.

Remarks: AVOID this seller - NOTE other buyers negative feedback. I ordered book 12/9/08 with shipping estimate 12/16/08 - 1/2/09; still has not arrived as of 1/6/09. Seller sent no tracking info and does not respond to email. I have filed an A-Z claim with Amazon.
