I realize that this is just a big metal ball, but these wide handled ones don't seem to me constructed quite as well as others I've seen. Mainly the handles aren't perfect and the flat spots on the bottom aren't perfectly flat. However, they are cheaper than most and still work the same.

unlike dumbells, I feel that you get a greater workout with the kettlebells, they are easy to use and can be used in a varity of ways to maximize your workout.
