I was really excited to get my hot dog cooker only to find out when I plugged it in that it didn't work properly. Only half of the rollers heated up leaving me with cold dogs instead of hot dogs. The ones that did cook were a tasty treat. I read the other reviews on here and took my chances hoping I would get a machine that worked. Instead of getting another machine I took the broken one to one of the repair centers in the warranty guide. I didn't want to have the same experience of receiving another defective machine like some of the other reviewers. Good Luck to you if you order one. I hope you get one that works.

This product cooks hot dogs, breakfast sausage links, and bratwurst very nicely. It is easy to clean also. I took it to department lunch and just left it on and we had delicious hot dogs all day! It is also fun to watch them turn around on the rollers.

I don't know if the cooker worked or not. I returned it the day I received it. Just like other posts here, the light on the front of the unit was broken. It is not an amazon problem it is a factory package problem. This problem appears to have been around for a while. Don't bother buying, you'll just have to return it.

The unit appear to be made in satisfactory condition. It would be nicer if it's made in the u.s.a. and perhaps it will be more sturdier. The tray appear to be a bit flimsy and that's why it get's stuck when being put back under the griller after washing. You have to buy the small hot dogs if you want to be able to cook 6 hot dogs on the griller because a slightly longer hot dog will only fit 3 hot dogs or hot links on the rollers. Bigger hot dogs also take longer to cook than the smaller hot dogs. The unit itself work very well and the cooked hot dog taste just like the theatre griller cooked hot dogs. For someone who is looking for a grilled/rolled hot dog just like the hot dog bought in a theatre, the Waring Pro HDG100 will satisfy your desire for a hot dog griller cooker.

I LOVE THE WARING HOT DOG GRILLER, TOO BAD IT CANT BE SHIPPED WITHOUT BEING DAMAGED, TWICE, BROKEN RED POWER INDICATOR LIGHT, BOTH TIMES! AFTER TWO TRIES, I GAVE UP AND ASKED FOR A REFUND.....
