Description:
The 'Heiress With Attitude' is getting tired of traveling with sorcerer-turned-dragon hunters Orphen and Majic. So when Cleao hears about the legend of a monster near the mysterious resort at Mount Kahlna, it’s no surprise when she goes to check it out. But neither Cleao nor her friends are quite prepared for the truth behind the legend! Later, the group meets Fiena, a gentle girl with the magical power to heal animals-a trait that comes in handy when the forest is populated with shotgun-happy hunters. Yet the hunters aren’t the only dangers in this forest. For watching their every move are several pairs of glowing, yellow, angry eyes!

After the very first volume, I couldn't wait to get my teeth into the second. Once again, it only has three episodes, but it left me feeling quite satisfied.
These episodes take a break from the dragon storyline of the very first volume, and instead gives us a little time to get into the characters some more. The very first episode is a cute little story about a resort that Cleo wants to visit, but of course Orphen says no. He then wakes up the subsequent morning to find both Cleo and Majik gone. You really have to sympathise with Orphen; he has to put up with that kind of thing now. I found this episode to be filled with comedy, and laughed out loud on more than one occasion.
Next we have a two-parter with a rather serious tone. Orphen and gang come across a village - a very anti-sorcerer village. Needless to say, they get in quite a bit of trouble, but there's more to the village than meets the eye. We get some sweet romance between Majik and the village priestess, and an insanely cute new member joins the gang - Leki the Wolfen pup.
Overall these episodes do nothing to further the overall plot, which is a shame after seeing the very first volume, but this volume is still very good. By the end, we know the main characters very well, and I look forward to the subsequent volume.

This is the second volume of Socerous Stabber Orphen. It was pretty good, but not as good as the very first volume. I don't think it had very much humour in this volume. That was one reason why I like Orphen so much: it was funny. The second volume was a bit bland, actually. It was till good, though. So buy Oprhen! ^_^;; It's one of the best Anime's! I would suggest it for...maybe 13 and up. (just because of some humour being for a lil bit older kids)

Orphen, Magic and Cleo continue on there journey along the way Cleo talks about the legend of a monster at the Mount Kahlna resort. Of course Orphen has so save her and Magic from this monster when they go to the resort. In the subsequent two episodes (these are a two-part story) Magic meets a young girl named fiena in the Woods, and ends up going against a hunter who weilds a shotgun, and has an evil plan which he wished to unfold. All in all Orphen and friends continue there journey in an enjoyable set of adventures on this DVD.
