Product Description:
SCOTLAND, 1272. Connor MacKiernan, a descendant of the Fae Prince, is a warrior who lives only for honor and duty. Though he's vowed never to marry, that's exactly what he must do to save his sister. Enter a little Faerie magic, and the search for a bride is on.
DENVER, 2007. Caitlyn Coryell is having a really bad day -- she just discovered her fiancé with another woman! Imagine her surprise when she puts on some sexy lingerie and an antique pendant and Connor appears in her bedroom, begging for her help. He offers a simple yet outrageous adventure: travel to his time, marry him, and return home.
But nothing's simple when Cate is trapped in the thirteenth century. The wedding's delayed, someone's trying to kill her, and in the middle of all this, she realizes she's falling in love with a man who can only be her husband for thirty nights.

I really couldn't put this book down. I haven't read a romance book this great in literally years.
I'm currently reading her second book, but have to admit I liked this very first one better. "Thirty Nights..." is one I will be keeping on my shelf to read again one day.

I read this book in one sitting. I wish a little more detail would have been added into the "meeting" of Cate and Connor, but otherwise, the story was fun and enjoyable!

I loved this book Caitlinn and Connor are such strong and believeable characters. I think Ms. Mayhue did a wonderful job on this book. I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves a good read. I also fell in love with Love Returns Through The Portal Of Time.

I wish we could give half-star ratings as four seemed a little high on this one. Overall it was an entertaining read, but seemed to be absent on some of the details necessary for a time travel book. For instance, the heroine is going back in time 700 years to another country, but there is no language barrier? Even the English of 700 years ago would be difficult for our modern day ears to understand. I am a detail person and little things like that tend to take away from the book for me. Also, I bought this book because the author was compared to Lynn Kurland. While the plot-line had a similar feel, for those of us who like Lynn's "closed bedroom door" policy in her books, be warned, this one is definitely not closed. It wasn't as explicit as some, but definitely more than a Kurland. Overall, it was entertaining and not a bad way to pass a rainy afternoon.

It was full of suspense. I could not wait to see what happened or who was behind everything. It is a twist you will enjoy.
