This is a great book on managing successful sales teams. Klymshym, clearly is both an experienced sales person and sales manager. This is well written and is laid out in an easy to read and quick reference format.

This book covers all of the responsibilities of managing a successful sales team. This includes conducting evaluations and developing rewards and recognition programs to recruiting and training strategies and conducting effective sales meetings which encourage creativity and action. Also, the author covers off planning and preparation as well as the basic skills development that all sales people require.

There is a lot of sound and strategic advice throughout this book. It is a highly recommended read for any existing sales manager looking to accelerate their team's performance.

I didn't find this book as good as some of the reviews that I read before I ordered it. It has some very good points, but nothing really new. I think it lacked talking more about brainstorming ideas for clients, solutions outside of the norm, selling with passion and enthusiasm, how to get moving when your struggling and so on.... so I had to give it an average rating because it just didn't "hit me" enough to really recommend it.

The book is informative and helpful. I would recommend this for new management or a review for older sales managers. It is helpful to get fresh motivating ideas or a refresher of the old.

If you think like I was, shure you think "ok, this book is another one that think is the best in the field".
I was thinking like this until I received and read the book!
It is fantastic in all aspects about sales.
Conclusion: if you have any doubts about SALES, THIS IS THE BOOK!!!
