A Heart Ablaze will rekindle a fire of passion in your heart for Jesus Christ. If you aren't on fire for our Lord you really need to read this book and gain the passion you need to serve Him.
Excellent book, as are all of John Bevere's titles. Recommending reading for all Christians.

This book is amazing. It measures up to its title "Igniting a Passion for God." The main topic of the book is holiness. It gives a biblical explanation of holiness, including examples from the scriptures. It shows how the church has fallen short. Holiness involves obedience and the fear of the Lord. I thought the book quite thorough in covering all the bases from outward behavior to inward heart issues. God's attitude towards holiness has never changed. John Bevere tells stories of dramatic results of this message being preached in different churches. He challenges the church to come up to a higher standard in their walk with Christ. This is truly a life-changing book!

This is another book by John Bevere that really hits home. John goes into much depth on living a life of holiness unto God, and the poor state of the current "church" of the Lord. This book gives a serious call to all believers for REAL revival in this country. I could hardly put this book down!
Everything John Bevere writes about in this book is scripturally sound, and there's a great deal of information concerning how we are able to re-ignite our passion for the Lord Jesus Christ. If you're someone who longs to return to that "first love" you experienced when you very first met God, this book is for you. A definite "must-read!"
