This book is amazing on all accounts. It collects the Voltron 4 issue mini-series, as well as the 12 issues in the ongoing series that followed (issue 12 is available in this book for the very first time ever). I bought this book site unseen just wanting to get my hands on some cool Voltron stuff and wow was I impressed! I didn't necessarily need them to re-tell the whole origin story again, but it worked for me. It felt like they were telling this tale to a teenage+ age group, unlike how we originally got the edited version of GoLion as Voltron in the 80's! The art is really good throught most of this book, it looks like they went with some cheaper artists towards the very end, but alltogether, this is a great buy. I still want MORE though. Hopefully with a movie looming in the near future, we will get more things Voltron to come!
