I disagree with the other person, i think this is excellent book on Effective Police Supervision, it gives many detailed examples and alot of information. The best way to get the most out of it is by cobining it with the Study Guide that complements the book ( ISBN number 1593454570 )

I have to read this book for a police supervisor exam.The author Mr. More states nothing but opions. He steals theories from other clowns that have nothing to do with police work. This should be a college book to teach non real word Police Supervison. The supplement should be the book. Simple and to the point
