In my opinion this book should not be listed as a book that has to do with mentoring. I received very little education about effective tools for mentoring and felt that this book was a complete waste of time.

This is a good book for someone who is becoming a mentor to another Christian woman. The book takes you on your own journey of prayer to mentor another and then looks at what you may want to share at each meeting you have with the woman you mentor. If you are looking for a book to help you with this process, I recomend this one. It is very helpful.
