Most importantly I thought the romance was way more believable than some of Feehan's previous novels. Normally she throws a couple together and it is love at very first sight, touch, smell, etc. These two characters have been knowing each other, working together, were friends for almost a year. It made their relationship much more understandable and deeper. The action in the book was great and the characters had more depth to them. I would recommend this one.

I am such a big fan of Christine Feehan's vampire-paranormal and Ghostwalker supersoldiers novels, but this latest book is such a total darn great let-down!! I liked majority of the previous Ghostwalker novels; that's why I can't put into words my deep disappointment about this "Predatory Game" novel. Even though I'm only half way through I can't find the motivation to finish it. The storyline and so-called hot (more lukewarm!) romance are painfully slow and boring, and the so-called villians are very laughable. There is no suspense or thrills like Feehans previous books. If you haven't bought the book, don't waste your money or time!

Certainly one of her better books, she manages to keep the excitment going right through until the end - having now read 5 of the Ghostwalker novels, I can hope she is going to write some more.

usually love Feehan's books but a little dissapointed with this one. Basically none of the characters are very well defined or developed. It is just a story without the usual depth which draws you into the ghost walker world.

This is book 6 and I'm still enjoying the Ghostwalker series. At about this point in Ms. Freehan's Carpathian series, I realized I was tired of reading the same story with a new title about the same characters with new names; although, I think I read about 10 or so before I quit buying them. Another reviewer felt this series was getting repetitive back in book 5. If I begin feeling that, I will drop this series, too; but so far that hasn't happened for me. I found Jess Calhoun and Saber Wynter as interesting as the Norton Twins and their twin heroines. I'll be there for book 7.
