Rated by buyers 3 out of 5 stars - s'OK
The book was OK good. I am a fan of Ms Knights books. A little more follow through. The female lead was supposed to be magic resistant (But Llyr bound her with magic chains?), and strong enough to take care of herself and protect humans from Magekind (did not seem so). She is a 7 foot werewolf but as happens too often in romance novels, they are not consistent with the female lead. You can be strong and not be bitchy. And enough bondage already scenes already.

Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - Master's Books by Angela Knight
I am sold on Angela Knight's books. I'll buy anything with her name on it since I've never been disappointed by anything she's written( I've read most of them); she's great!

Rated by buyers 3 out of 5 stars - Better than the very first book - 3.5 stars
Continuing on from MASTER OF THE NIGHT, Angela Knight gives us a better understanding of the Sidhe way of life by featuring their King of Cachamwri, Llyr Gallatyn. This novel starts a week after Arthur and Llyr takes on the evil Geirolf who, although was defeated, left a legacy of evil in the form of thousands of bad vampires who are now scattered all over the world. Now it is up to Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table and the Sidhe people to rid our Earth of them.

In the small town of Verdaville, South Caroline, Diana London lives a regular as the city manager. Unbeknownst to the townspeople, Diana is descended from the Dire Kind - a werewolf breed made by Merlin as insurance in case the Magus or Sidhe turn bad. Diana doesn't mind being a shape-shifter. Unless she's on her Burning Moon - the time of the year when her physical needs must be sated. So along with her hunt for the vampire wreaking havoc in her town, she must also deal with the Burning Moon. Fortunately for her, Merlin's magic is only too happy to find the man for her.

For 1600 hundred years, Llyr Galatyn has been King of the Faeries. Along with the burden of caring for his people is the search to provide them with a queen. And having lost four wives due to his evil brother's greed, Llyr needs someone strong and able to defend herself. Is the shape-shifter who takes delight in driving him mad the queen he's been searching for? And how can he finally put an end to his brother's evil machinations?

MASTER OF THE MOON is certainly an improvement from the very first book. While the romance still leaves a lot to be desired, there is plenty of humour that kept me entertained. The action scenes are quite good and the sex definitely sizzles and is an obvious trademark in Knight's books. All her books should come with a warning to those who like their romance books on the gentle side. If you want a fast-paced, witty and sizzling story, and don't mind if the romance is on the weak side, then you will enjoy this book.

Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - Master of the Moon
Diana London is not what she seems. She works for the city of Verdaville, SC and she's a werewolf. A werewolf on the hunt for a serial killer that also happens to be an evil vampire sorceress.

In order to stop the vampire's killing rampage, Diana finds herself working with none other than the King of the Fairies, Llyr Galatyn. The same Llyr that has recently been the star of Diana's erotic dreams...

I love the Mageverse series! With vampires, werewolves, and fairies, what's not to love? I am especially hot for Llyr. He is seriously sexy and really knows how to burn up the sheets!

Although Master of the Moon is part of the Mageverse series, it can be read as a stand alone. But with such terrific characters and world building, why wouldn't you want to read every book in this series? And I really enjoyed Master of the Moon! With a hard won fight between good and evil and an erotically charged romance, Angela Knight's Master of the Moon is a delicious read!

Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - Great continuation!
At first, I was a little disappointed to learn that Knight was shifting the focus from vampires in the very first book to werewolves. However, this was an excellent read. Now that she got all the "world building" out of the way in Master of Night, she jumped right into a rousing story. Many characters re-occur from the very first book and Llyr and Diana have great checmistry. I highly recommend this series.
