Product Description:
From #1 New York Times Bestselling Author Sherrilyn Kenyon

The spellbinding Dream-Hunter series continues!

Hades doesn’t often give second chances...

Xypher has one month on Earth to redeem himself through one good deed or be condemned to eternal torture in Tarturus. But redemption means little to a demigod who only wants vengeance on the one who caused his downfall.

Until one day in a cemetery...

Simone Dubois is a medical examiner with a real knack for the job. Those who are wrongfully killed appear to her and help her find the evidence the police need to convict their killers. But when a man appears and tells her that she’s more than just a psychic, she’s convinced he’s insane.

Now the fate of the world hangs in her hands...

It was bad enough when just the dead relied on her. Now’s there’s the seductive Dream-Hunter Xypher who needs Simone’s help in opening a portal to the Atlantean hell realm to fight insatiable demons. The future of mankind is at stake—and so is her life. The only question now is: Who is the bigger threat: the demons out to kill her, or the man who has left her forever changed?

“Brisk, ironic, sexy, and relentlessly imaginative.”—Boston Globe

Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - Best of the Dream Hunters So Far!!
LOVED LOVED LOVED XYPHER! Story kept me so entertained I couldn't put it down. When I had to I couldn't wait to pick it back up. SO much better than the other Dream Hunter novels!

Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - Sweet Dreams.
It was amazing book. It was amazing from the beginning to the end. It has the right amount of Suspense. Sex. Action.

Great description. Would read it again. Xypher is so sexy.

Kenyon is the best author of romance novels.

I would give the book 10 stars.

I give the ex-god Xypher four thumbs up!

Rated by buyers 4 out of 5 stars - A good Dream Hunter book, at last!
This book was a pleasant surprise, because I didn't like very much the previous Dream Hunter books. That was the reason I keep pushing Xypher's book down the TBR list until it was almost time for Acheron's book release.

Xypher and Simone are very interesting characters, with the revenge plot against Satara fuelling Xypher's actions. Their love story is believable although it happens in a short time, something that didn't work so well in previous books.

Regarding secondary characters, it was very nice to see some old New Orleans friends, like Julian or Tate, the squire who was in the morgue in Kyrian's book, Carson, Santuary's veterinarian, Kyle Peltier (I missed the weres!!), Katra, Acheron.... and some new ones, like Jess, an interesting ghost, and Jaden, a very powerful and hot new character.

After being disappointed in later Kenyon books, this and Devil May Cry have revived my hopes for Acheron's book.

Rated by buyers 4 out of 5 stars - I love Zephyr
I agree, S Kenyon's writing style can be a little repetitive fairly often (How many times can someone "sear", "burn" or "scorch" someone else with their eyes? She also seems to like to write "Point Taken" a lot.)

[Spoiler-ish]

AAannnyway - Zephyr and Simone were probably the most interesting of her characters so far. It did end rather abruptly, which means, I hope, that they will be revisited again. The thing that I liked the most about Zephyr is that at the end of the story, his personality stayed the same.

In Seize the Night, Wren Tigerian starts off as a very soft spoken Katagari, at the end of it he speaks about all the homes he owns... When did he care about that? He knows about a mansion on sale in New Orleans and speaks about getting his realtor or accountant about buying it like he actually cared about that... Really?

Zephyr remained Zephyr - although with a happy ending like all of her other stories.

Rated by buyers 4 out of 5 stars - Entertaining
Hades doesn't often give second chances but because of an agreement made with an immortal goddess Xypher has one month on Earth to redeem himself through one good deed or be condemned to eternal torture in Tarturus. His goal during this month was to exact vengance on his former wife, regardless of the consequences. Returing to Tarturus was clearly not an issue. In the pursuit of this objective Xypher meets Simone Dubois (medical examiner) who derails both his plan and his heart. Simone is the partner he never thought he would find and the woman who made him makes him realize that it's never too late for love . . . even for those who have been burned by it's destructive powers. I liked Xypher in DEVIL MAY CRY and I am thrilled to get his story. Do not miss it.
